I wish to send a communication to someone whose twitter address I know. I only have a Desk Computer. Is there anyway I can send a message to him?

I think all you have to do is type in the
What's happening text box the following: @{the person's username} (minus the brackets) then type in your message

Go to
http://www.twitter.com
Sign in.
Enter his/her twitter name in the box with the @ symbol in front of it for example my twitter is @MorganLWheeler, then type your message to them.
Click Tweet.
Then its posted!
