I'm not religious but sometimes I feel compelled to burn a few witches at the stake:

I'm not religious, but ... I feel strangely drawn to Buddhist philosophy, meditation, the chanting, the music ....
If I was religious I'd join up, quick smart!
Sister msolga,
If nothing else, it seems Buddhism is more accepting of people's differences than Christianity. It also seems their philosophic views are more even-tempered than Christianity. But the reincarnation thing is silly, as is the dogma of belief through faith.
Hey if it's a national bank holiday where if one has to work that day one gets double pay then yes I endorse the national Mister Kitten holiday.

I'm not religious, but, I too really loved the music. I was a really bratty, mischevious child who never heard a word those preachers were saying. I still, however, remember all the words of those old time religious songs.
I sing them when alone

I may not be religious but if I find out that reincarnation is a real alternative to a heavenless afterlife, then I'm on the Buddhist bandwagon. Sign me up on the dotted line for the reincarnation waiting list.
