I am moving my inhouse installation to the virtualization environment. Can anyone guide me through the benefits and risks of virtual service?

Always virtual servers are good option. But before choosing any service you must grab all the info regarding backup, server optimization, security levels and the location of your data centers. There are many a topics of concern, but the major being the security features and the data backup role which you can't ignore at all. You can better choose the cloud computing solutions as your data always are maintained at a high degree of security.
