most of the bid and buy places jack you for shipping fees.
I once bought a book at ABEs and paid waay more for the shipping and insurance. (It was an old biology text that had no basic use to anyone since it was so out of date it mentioned the act of Creation as starting the biological world). I love those kinda books and when I see one, I am so torqued up to buy without looking at the "S&H" costs.
