Just returned from christmas stuff with old friends - two of them are off to see the Stones in Sydney ....
so...old stuff - soundtrack to "'Round Midnight", some Dan Hicks and his Hot Licks - not sure which CD I grabbed - Neil Young "Harvest" - Randy Newman "Sail Away" and one of my Billie Holliday collection CDs.......
Got that faint post-christmas tristesse one usually had as a kid by night-time....
