Satt can send me a PM hint - you know those computer problems I have. I like a 5 million year old hard drive and no speakers.
Hmm, I guess you could say I jusst finished listening to this thing grind and wind up when I logged on.
The Brent Bambury show on the CBC - they're doing a feature on the day of the dead.
Did you know more people are killed each year by being hit on the head by falling coconuts than by shark attack?
sitting in chair with dumbells doing bi's and tris's and watching Black Sabbath dvd.......came down to rest between sets....then it's off to the karaoke wars.....
I'm listening to the "Polka Channel." The tv is on in the background. Nothing like a hard, driving polka beat to get the blood flowing.
Plus, I get a great deal of sartorial inspiration from checking out the costumes of the dancers.
Those people know how to dress!
I prefer silence.
Then I can hear the footsteps.
Before they get too close.
You sound like a wise person, McTag.
I shall heed your advice.
waiting for Finkelman's 45's to start ...

Dion and the Belmonts
Trainreck, a Mississippi Delta Blues band live, umm, umm good.
Las week we went to see a local 50s and 60s rock trio kind of rockabilly style and also Chuck Berry- style, very good guitarist, good act, very lively, they all sang, in a pub near us. I like live music.
At this moment, I'm listening to my ceiling fan talk to me. It's saying uhoh--uhoh--uhoh.
McTag is right. Ain't nuttin' beats live music. Went out to dinner last night and heard a solo guitarist play a great version of "All of Me".
Letty: We must be on the same wave length. Right now I'm listening to a CD of 33 Guitar Masterpieces. I bought it for Catavina featured in The Deer Hunter and performed by guitarist John Williams, but every song is great.
Aggie, We're always on the same wave length.
cd: ibiza by day
beautiful.
After the band stopped playing last night I listened to a verbal history of delta blues and why and how Clarksdale MS played such a large part in the development of blues from Muddy Waters to all the current purveyors of this truly American music.
What a treat it was.
P.S. I forgot to tell all a y'all that the band includes and wash board player the first time I have seen that live, it was so much fun and I had great company too.
