Reminiscing about an affair I almost had while at Uni. These were the two songs she liked to play.

I still have mixtapes of 'other people's favourites' and these two are on there Wendy.

Listening to Brian Jonestown Massacre right now. First time I've done so on good stereo with sound up. Digging it. A real vintage Stones/Kinks kind of vibe, without seeming light a straight copy.

@Ceili,
Really nice song. I like Martha, I'll have to listen to some of her stuff.
Never really did before, she's a Taurean like myself, so she must be ok. Wink Laughing

@eurocelticyankee,
I'm a gemini, but I love her voice just the same. She just put out a wonderful collection of Edith Piaf songs. This isn't the best recording, but I think that is her mom Kate McGarrigle, playing guitar, just before she died.

@eurocelticyankee,
I believe she is. She was preggers when her mom died. Very sad. Glad you like her.

I really love Amy's voice too, haven't heard much of her recently, maybe she cleaned up her act. Fingers crossed.

@Ceili,
That is sad. Was that her first pregnancy. What I mean is, had her Mam become a Granny yet. If not, that is even sadder to be denied that. And so close.
