Anyway, fear not, somebody smart will answer soon. Unfortunately I am not that person.

It sounds like a browser plugin, most likely a toolbar or bundled in a toolbar.

Some toolbars alter the User agent info, that's what you were seeing.

From a very brief search I did it looks like you downloaded "smiley central" and the toolbar (I think it's from "MyWay") came with it.

Note: It's not necessarily spyware or anything. Legitimate browser plugins will sometimes rename the user agent.

Well, the 'Anlage' works allright, but both computers show now kind of "coughing"
