As for the others you included in your reply, there is nothing wrong with "those people" we all need healthy debate, to broaden our minds to promote new thought.
As a person living in Germany there is absoluty no space for that kind of behavior, it is forbidden here.

I sorta think that is ironic, that someone in Germany is speaking to tolerance and inclusivity, while the standard of this site is intolerance, ridicule, and pomposity. Makes you wonder why Europe is so far advanced from America, in terms of social morays and culture, and progressive thinking.

We agree again, I am both disturbed and embarrassed many times to say I am an American the way we are perceived throughout most of Europe. The only Europeans who really don't have to much negative comments about us are the English.

Todays German in my age range is fighting to seperate themselves from WWII mentality and all that sh-t that goes with it. The older generation has this idea that they should not fly their flag unless it is for F??ball games. They are lacking pride while Germany was again the leading exporter in the world. They make some of the best products that many Americans enjoy and don't even know it comes from Germany.
Its funny when my husband lived in the US for 10 yrs with me we had more Americans ask the question; Are you guys still Nazis? No of course not, there are radicals here just like anywhere else but the larger population of todays Nazi is USA, Finland, Norway, Danemark, and Swiss.. and others. Its all bad either way.
Alot of Americans are grossly undereducated and or poorly educated, we need to stop dumming down are own people to accomodate immigrants in our school system, Germany doesn't do that and the people:swordfight: :swordfight: who come here go to the schools here and make it too. I'm not against people coming to America but please bring something worthwhile with you when you come. Stop dragging down the nation.

My partner is from Spain...and I've had a chance to view America and Americans through his eyes, and believe me, its' the most unpretty sight.
When he told me of his schooling and the requirements of students at the University, there is no way the majority of American students would be able endure a single semester....the standards are incredibly high.
Europeans and Asians score higher on college entrance exams, consistently.
The American public school systems are broken, and far too many students who cannot fulfill the basics (reading, writing and arithmetic) are being admitted to institutions of higher learning, to their detriment.
Americans have no business looking down their noses, at anybody.
The statistics and the scores don't lie.
