There are roughly 200 million Muslims who hate the West. How are we to discern which ones will live in peace among us, as opposed to those who will blow us up?

200 million, do you have any sources concerning this? As far as I know the Big Bad Taliban have only 3-5 thousand if even that, as oppossed to the 2.3 million US troops.

There is an inherited factor in IQ that hasn't been in dispute for a long time....but environmental factors have also proven to be a factor that can boost IQ which is a quotient and therefore subject to things like experience. and education.
Jewish people who live in this country place more value on education
Also i would argue that many smart people have stupid kids and vice versa....
There are many people who can do amazing things with math that also dumb as rocks in everything else and people who would be a genius except for their faulty memories and attention deficit problems
I believe that the gene for extreme intelligence is actually several resessive genes (one of which i obvious do not have from my spelling) and a lot of people suffer from non congential probelms and minor genetic weaknesses that keep them from accessing these genes...
as we learn to solve these problems the differences in intellilect will lessen...there will always be very dumb and very smart people but the average IQ will go up over the years

If I may cut in, maybe he means the Muslims who follow so called 'radical Islam' which is basically mainstream, or at least sympathize with it and interpret the Koran as any sensible person would but still follow it. This group surely goes well above 200 million.

Pretty much the same as they hate us now regardless of our ideals or yours? Wouldn't you agree with, at bare minimum meeting them with an equal and opposing force?
