John and Andy were professional golfers and keen rivals. One day during a game, they had each scored 30 when Andy hit a bad shot. John immediately added 10 to his own score. John then hit a good shot and he won the game. Why?

30/30 bad shot by andy means another 10 to john, then another good shot by john to win game , pool? you must be kidding, adrian knows but hes not telling

Gin rummy?
It's obvious that you don't mean golf.
As I fail to understand the scoring of every stupid game in the world the answer really isn't important.
