What I meant by vocal...where I live, conservatives feel free to voice their opinions publicly...in restaurants, stores, parties, wherever. They seem to think everyone must surely agree with them. And those of us that don't agree keep our mouths shut, because we're in the minority. Perhaps we should speak up more.
