"Graveyard Train", by CCR. A relatively unknown song, but one hell of a catchy tune.

Speaking of It's a Beautiful Day (White Bird), a favorite, their version of the Dolphins in Marrying Maiden is great, too.

Speaking of Pink Floyd - I love Roger Waters'
Albums, Amused To Death and Radio K-A-O-S.

Collected all Dire Straits and Jethro Tull albums back then. The Moody Blues, too.

Aah, there are just too many to list.

And don't forget, Puccini and everything by Verdi.
And Rachmaninoff.

Astral Weeks (full album) - Van Morisson, and, not quite sure about a contact high, but Van's T.B. Sheets does give me the chills.

That initial feedback hum of Born on the Bayou and then that old tube-amb vibrato riff before the whole band kicks in. bongbongbongbong

But I repeat myself.

I might have mentioned this one earlier, but here it is. The first LP I really listened to. If pressed, I could probably recall all the words now--including the ads they created!

The Residents.....dang near forgot about them and those wacky outfits....

I would also nominate:

Brian Eno - Another Green World
Dr. John - Gris Gris
Stevie Wonder - Songs in the Key of Life (could this possibly be the best Stevie album ever?)
