What is the smallest area possible for a triangle whose three sides and its height are consecutive whole numbers of inches?

What are the smallest 4 whole numbers in consecutive order? Get a ruler and see if they make a proper triangle.

84 square inches (sides are 13,14,15; height is 12 with 14 as base)
