Salty Brisket

Recently fired up my smoker . and did a couple of pork shoulders and turkey breast.. and one Brisket.. I used the same seasoning on all of it the pork and the turkey came out great .. but the Brisket came out very salty tasting. Why?

All I can think of is that it was already smoked.
