It's nothing to lose sleep over!
Here a useful link about how to help alleviate insomnia:

Seriously though, here are some hints on lifestyle habits that work for me (chronic insomniac)
Firstly, are you in any pain, chronic or otherwise?
Are you being (or need to be) treated by a doctor?
How's your general health?
How's your emotional health (depression or nerves/anxiety?
Weight under control (under or over)?
How many hours of sleep do you get typically?
Insomnia Tips:
have less meat in your diet, or shrink the portions you eat. Meat digests slowly, and can affect your sleep patterns
manage your pain (Tylenol or anti-inflammatory if you are in some pain)
exercise -- making sessions about 30-45 min day, 4-5 times per week
get rest and recreation, apart from sleep, periodic
take herbal (non-caffeinated) tea (such as chamomile) before bed
meditate (or quiet your mind) the best as you can
no high fat or heavy food as last meal or snack.
eat last meal if possible 3-4 hours before bedtime
eat at regular hours during the day - same time each day, within reason
exercise regularly
