after a bad day of hard work what I should say to my colleague to refresh them?

something like "no to be tired"

WHO had the bad day - you or your co-workers?

If it was the entire office, say "Let's hope we have a better day tomorrow."

If it was just you, say "I'm hoping for a better day tomorrow.'

I don't understand your "no to be tired" statement.
