I am having to wait on AT&T to take over Alltel and send out a new contract so I can get out without having to pay early termination fees. From what I hear it maybe June..:mad: The sooner the better. Oh well, maybe the second gen. will be out by then. I have 3 phones under contract so I think I would rather wait then throw away $600 in fees, unless anyone else has any better idea's. :rolleyes:
Welcome. I'm sure the forum will be here for you when you can switch to Verizon. In the mean time, visit us often and learn many things about the Droid before you are able to switch.

alltel is being bought, at least in certain markets, by verizon.
in the meantime, learn as much as you can about droid, because once you get it, you wont be able to put it down
