WiFi connectivity issues?

Reply Fri 25 Dec, 2009 04:57 am
I received my Droid today for Christmas and was very excited, but am having the same problems others seem to be having with the WiFi simply not working with my wireless network. In a thread on Motorola Owners' Forum, others are having the same problems and the only real fix seems to be exchanging the units with replacements from Verizon. Has anyone here experienced the WiFi problem?

@lustacular,
If you have a secure network connection, make sure you input the correct network security code.

@R3D4,
What he said. Make sure you have the correct WEP/WPA code as they are case sensitive. Mine fired right up.

@lustacular,
make sure you are hitting alt and shift the right amount of times so letters are the right case. Also may want to try to cut the sec off on your router to ensure that its the phone having the problem.
