Ok, I've been checking out the site for tricks and tips for my new device. I haven't read anything definitive in regards to adding music and videos to the Droid. How is this done and what is the easiest way to do so? Do I need any special applications running on my computer (i.e.: iTunes, Windows Media Player, etc...) to add music or do I create a folder on the SD card? For movies, do I have to put the videos in a specific folder? HELP!!!!

its like putting music from one file to another...actually, thats exactly what it is! i have itunes, and just open it along with my droid (connected via usb)...open the music folder, then just drag what music i want from itunes to droid.
as for video, i havent tried yet. youll have to wait for someone smarter than me to answer.
@jstwondrng,
i use windows media player to make my playlist and Motolink to sync. I sync pics and music not to many vids.
@droid him,
Where can I download Motolink? Is it an app from the store?
@jstwondrng,
It's available from the Motorola website, although it never worked for me. I just synced with Windows Media Player
@The Chief,
I downloaded the software from Motorola and it did work for me. I'm running Windows 7 and during the install, a prompt informed me the software may not run. I tried uploading a couple mp3's and had success
@jstwondrng,
Good just make a playlist in WMP and you are good to go. When i was trying to sync in WMP i kept getting format needs to be changed errors. Even on my MP3s. Other than the missing sync that will run you 40 bucks this is the best option out thus far.
