I have noticed this a few times and wonder if anyone else has this problem. After I have had my phone connected to either headphones or my aux output for my car stereo and I either make or receive a phone call I cannot hear the person unless I plug my phone back into the headphone or aux cable. I assume it is some kind of issue with my phone but want to check to see if anyone has experienced this before.

I myself have this issue so you're not the only one. I don't really know the issue behind this its happened to me a couple of time and I had to do the exact thing you did. Hope it doesn't get worse though.

Havent had this issue but it could be that yoru phone is registering the call with headphones and doesnt automatically switch to handset. Have you tried manual switching?
