Okay, so drag and drop left my music a jumbled mess! I deleted it all and opened windows media player. It synced with the Droid seamlessly and now my music is nicely organized! I highly recommend this method over drag and drop anyday.

wow that makes life easier. I actually like windows media player over itunes. Ive always hated itunes for some reason

I have roughly 150 gigs of music on an external hard drive, do you think if I sync it then it will just start alphabetically and go till it is full or am I going to have to drag and drop?

Thanks for the tip I to was not happy how unorganized the folder were after dropping and dragging.
