Have you noticed that it's the same phone as posted in the thread http://www.droidmotorola.com/showthread.php?t=349? I wonder what it'll be called when it comes to the states? This android revolution is really starting to take shape.

Get her a Droid. Or give her yours and you upgrade.

I'm also looking to get my g/f an Android device. Her upgrade is in May, but her b-day is in March. It'll really depend on what's available and when. This is rather enticing.

Note that it's GSM, not CDMA. Can't say they won't release mulitple versions, but as of right now Verizon's out.

My guess is T-Mobile will get it, if it comes to the States at all.

It's probably going to be on t'mobile. I can't see any other network especially not verizon. That's ok. I can convince my gf to get one and then i'll be to play with it.

That's what I was hoping, to find a suitable Droid alternative for the girlie. I was liking the Motoroi really seemed like the best out there (probably because it really is a Droid with out a keyboard). Looking like we'll have to wait for the Nexus One.

I think nexus will be coming to V in a couple of months...as far as better all about preference. Droid has keyboard nexus doesnt other than the processor same OS...unless they put a better camera in it its a matter of do you want a keyboard or not.

It's def coming, some say in March, other reports say mid spring. As far as what the better option, it all falls on preference.
