Im starting to hate verizon

i went in and talked today to the verizon guy, as i fiddled with the droid man that thing is nice. and they still wont let me have a droid! he says my upgrade is the 17th. im like thats 10 days away gimme! gimme! gimme! he says that i used my early upgrade on my girlfriends phone. he says the good news that its a full upgrade the 17th, it will save me money. he writes on a buisness card and hands it to me. I just dont get it, whats 10 days?
