So I am trying to make a meal. But I am missing one piece of information. I dont know how long to cook it and I don't know at what temp to bake it.

It's a wrap of sorts. It's a layer of peperoni 4 types of shredded cheese and some peppers. All of this over a base of a clove of garlic menaced up in olive oil on a dough. You jelly roll it and then place it in the oven. This is where I am not sure how long to cook it and how hot. Ideas? Also, I seem to have forgotten the name of this lol. What a cook.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Check it. If needed, another 3 minutes. Etc.

THAT is the baseline for all cooking.

@Seed,
Are we talking dough as in pizza dough? Are you making something like a stromboli? If so, pre-heat the oven to 425 and check the thing in 15 minutes. Tap the dough with your finger, if it sounds hollow and cunchy it's ready, if not give it another 5 minutes.

@Green Witch,
Yea it's kind of like stromboli. I know stromboli as a kind of a pizza but like a sandwich. This rolled. Potato Patato right? And yes, it's like pizza dough.

@Cycloptichorn,
I keep looking at the hacksaw in the garage thinking how easy it would be and how much sweet sweet reward it would be to get it off and just scratch the living hell out of it, but it's not smart and I only have (crosses fingers) about 3 weeks left in it.
