Gotta rep the Gladiator soundtrack here again, that's gold.
On a different note, it's not really "epic" but it does pump you up, I'd recommend the soundtracks from the Blade movies.

Great discussion. I was hoping for more kick butt rock selection suggestions by everyone, but I also thoroughly enjoy classical which there seems to be quite a few of that genre.
