This man is a rat,working with police and has been taking advantage of the system. She acts like she is afraid of him,so does not confide in me. The police are involved. They use use her to their mental abuse.I am currentally having them investigated by a more major police force here in Canada. What should I do in my position?
You don't appear to be in control of anyone at the time, so best bet would be to back off and let events just resolve themselves. Sounds very complicated.

what did the police suggest you do?
how or why does your wife interact with these police officers, does she work with them
is one of them pursuing her or pressuring her to have an affair (or has she already had one is now being blackmailed), we would need more info to make suggestions
if, however another police agency (and i'm guessing you mean the RCMP) are investigating, your probably best to let them continue and not compromise anything with speculative posts on message boards
