I have a handful of what appear to be middle eastern. The coin is dated 1899, and the face value reads 5 pennia. Can you tell me anything about this coin?

Thats what one side of the coin looks like. What does the other side look like?
Does the coin have any value?

the coin i have has a different letter shape only. it looks similar to our letter N.
Does that make any difference?
