Copenhagen has to see that 17 000 guests (700 just from Brazil) 3 000 journalists and 800 prostitutes coming to Copenhagen will have plenty to eat and drink. The majority has to be going back and forth to Bella Center not in busses but in cars. They are flying in and out again often in private planes.
Extra police has to have some place to sleep and eat. Every individual has to work 16 hours in one strech.
Lord Mayor of Copenhagen Mrs Ritt Bjerregaard sent out cards to hotels asking them not to give addresses to prostitutes. Result: the legal working prostitutes felt discriminated......
An industry not known for giving freebies -- ever -- has decided to offer its services gratis, just in time for the COP15 climate conference in Copenhagen.
The postcards the city council sent read, in part: "Dear hotel owner, we would like to urge you not to arrange contacts between hotel guests and prostitutes." The local prostitutes became furious, protesting that the council had no right to interfere with them plying their perfectly legal -- and the world's oldest -- profession.
Any holder of above postcard gets some free fun.....
How many extra postcards will be ordered????
