It wasn't entirely what you said, but that you responded to me when I posted in one of your threads (I think you were challenging people to do push-ups or something along that line), and that you responded graciously.

You were the first Abuzzer to say something to me. I'd made a few tentative posts but no hellos ... nothing ... til the Tsar.

It encouraged me to keep posting. As a result, I've travelled more, met interesting people (50+ Abuzz/A2k'ers), improved my ability to express my views(online and IRL), become less fearful about sharing my writing ... it's pretty much been all to the good.

You were one of the cool kids when I started at Abuzz - one of the nicest for sure.
