You can add cornmeal, buckwheat, whole grains, gravel pebbles, whatever your heart desires, to the mix, as long as it floats.

I bought some mature bananas yesterday. Gonna make some banana-almond waffles once the bananas get muuuuushier. A lil brandy in the batter, they're gonna be awesomest.
