@Dutchy,
And why not, Dutchy?
I tried, but the flamenco is too much for me tonight. Rather nice to listen to though. Smile

I don't want to clog up Rocky's thread with old Elvis Costello, so I've moved over this this thread:

@msolga,
Whatever happened to Graham Parker? I used to be a big fan. Seems ages & ages ago.

Same vintage: Jo Jo Zep & The Falcons. Oz group. Great double bill at a concert I attended: Graham Parker & the Rumour & Jo Jo Zep as the opener.:

Youtube is wonderful. Just stumbled upon another old favourite I haven't heard for ages, Mink Deville. What a band that was!
Just discovered that Willy Deville died, not so long ago. How sad.
Anyway, check out Spanish Stroll. Check out the haircut! Smile

@msolga,
Do you remember Freddy Bell and the Bell Boys msolga? They visited Australia as a supporting act for Bill Haley and the Comets. On the same program were The Platters, Big Joe Turner and LaVerne Baker. Best Rock & Roll concert I've ever seen.

No I'm sorry, Dutchy, I can't.
But the clip was a lot of fun, and you obviously remember them very well!
Where you a bit or a rocker in your heyday, Dutchy? Smile

@msolga,
I meant, were you a bit of a rocker in your heyday, Dutchy?

(it's late & I'm getting a bit vague. I must go to bed. Busy day coming up.)
