Lord I am in mourning when I hear the sad news that Mrs. Travers of PPM had past away.
What a wonderful voice and singer of meaningful songs.
I can not count the hours that her group had given me of enjoyment in listening to their music .
I also am in mourning for my lost youth as a teenager I was in love/lust with her and her long blond hair and her awesome voice. It did in fact proves to be personally painful to me to see her in later years aging even if her voice never did age.
Mary you will be missed and the old man I had turn into and the young teenager still hiding within me will always love you.

Just hearing some of their songs today brought me back-- At the peak of their fame I always thought they were a little bit sentimental, but listening to them now I can appreciate how clean and clear their sound was.
