Some kind of announcement is coming on Wednesday, I've heard. But I'm not one of the guys who follows that stuff religiously so I could be completely wrong.
I'm sure thast kind of information is available on the internet. I just don't feel like looking it up. My old iPhone seems to work just fine.

Looks like this one panned out, the new iPods have been announced today.
Nano's with video cameras, and
upgraded hardware for the ipod touch seem to be the ipod highlights.
