Is this a question about biology/ecosystems? From what I understand (I am a physics guy, ecology/biology are not my strengths), an energy pyramid is the idea that all of the energy in an ecosystem comes from herbivores at the bottom, then the second level predators eat the herbivores, and the third level predators eat the second level predator and the chemical energy of the plants is passed up the pyramid.
People here are being kind of asinine without understanding the question.
