(Actually, Yit, the Peter Principle isn't like Murphy's Law at all. Murphy's Law says that if anything can go wrong, it will go wrong. The Peter Principle says that, in any hierarchy, everone rises to the level of one's incompetency. Sorry for the digression. Embarrassed )
