sat across the aisle from Boz Scaggs in an aeroplane (even asked him the time). I sat in
a table next to Chubby Checker in a Detroit restaurant. I saw David Bowie on the people
mover in Heathrow Airport. I spotted David
Brenner walking down 5th Avenue in NYC.....

My first cousin is rock band Creed's manager. I guess Creed has broken up so his associated fame is on a break of sorts.
I'm sure they were more distant than relative, but my dad always claimed Eric Severeid (TV news) and General Norstad (NATO) as cousins.
