It's a self-contradictory statement, because when I say "I do not speak English", I am actually saying several words of English.

Post similar stuff for other languages. For example: I have never been to a2k.

It's not self-contradictory.

I can imagine that you are mute and write English in a satisfactory manner..

ok , it would be better as , 'I don't know any English word'.
