Tea Parties

I have spent much of the day organizing a local tea party where we can savage Obama and his wasteful government. We need to take our country back, damn it! I am not just going to sit idly by while you bastids and bitches sit on your asses and watch the slow, insidious destruction of this country by that damned N---- and his evil minions.

Make a sign! Take to the streets!

Will there be finger sandwiches?

I mean, of course, made with fingers that we've cut off of DemoKKKrats?

@boomerang,
I made my sign. It says in big red letters

TEABAGGING
FOR GOD

I'm kind of proud of it.

@gustavratzenhofer,
My grandmother gave me a tea party set when I was little. We can use it for our party if we are careful not to break it.

@sozobe,
I was talking to Jesus last night about my world wearyiness. I said that kids today just wanted everything for free; that they felt like they were deserving of whatever they wanted without lifting a finger for it.

He said "Have you bothered looking at the grownups, amiga?"

I am glad I am not alone on my quest.

Gather 'round for hugs.

Our only hope for salvation is to rise in unison and clamor like crows for the return of Dick Cheney. Only then will we, as a people, feel safe again.

I pray it is not too late.

(Oh, the cups are dirty. Move down the table to the fresh ones. Mind the doormouse there).
I just love tea parties.

@CalamityJane,
I've tried that. It gets progressively more pointless.

I made a big batch of Laura Bush's chocolate chip cookies. I added extra nuts and used white chocolate chips instead of those brown ones. We all know the white ones are more patriotic.

@DrewDad,
http://hiphopisread.blogspot.com/2009/04/david-shuster-is-*******-comedic-genius.html

Quote:
Filling in for Keith Olbermann, MSNBC's David Shuster demolished the right-wing with enough hilariously immature double entendres to keep you from getting back on your chair after falling down, repeatedly. Check out these comedic gems:

"It's gonna be 'Tea-Bagging Day' for the right-wing, and they are going nuts for it. Thousands of them whipped out the festivities early this past weekend, and while the parties are officially toothless, the tea-baggers are full-throated about their goals. They wanna give President Obama a strong tongue-lashing and lick government spending - spending they did not oppose when they were under presidents Bush and Reagan ... That's tea-bagging in a nutshell ... Then there is the media, specifically the FOX News Channel, including Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity. Both are looking forward to an up-close and personal taste of tea-bagging themselves at events this Wednesday."

Please, make it stop. Please. Ehhhh, okay, here's one more:

"We can only speculate why widespread tea-bagging made [Neil] Cavuto think of the Million Man March. Unless he got them confused with Dick Armey. And in Cavuto's defense, if you are planning simultaneous tea-bagging all around the country, you're gonna need a... Dick Armey."

My hat's off to you, David, and the brilliant writing staff over at Countdown. Take a bow... but not too low!
