And finally, should people stop drinking energy drinks'
Thanks for all of your answers, it will help me a lot.
@ordinarystudent,
I don't know much about them because I've never tried one, OS. But I typed "are energy drinks good or bad?" into a google search and lots of topics came up on this very issue.
An energy drink mixed with a couple shots of fine Russian vodka does the trick for me. I get drunk without that lethargy feeling.
google "energy drink dangers" you will find alot of reading for your research.
I did some research on this recently; its a pretty interesting topic.
You probably want to google "caffeine nervous system effects" if you don't want to end up with a bunch of ads instead of information. I'll help you get started with a link to the Mayo Clinic where they list the average caffeine content of many popular drinks:

If you really want to hit on a caffeine controversy google "ADHD caffeine". What you find might surprise you.
Good luck on your paper!
