Help needed please.

Haven't got 1. yet, but 2. is Kalamazoo (Kazoo and Lama)
Still struggling on quite a few, but I'll work on them a little longer . Haven't really had much time to look at them yet.

A Google search indicates that all but Discount (not Deiscount) are connected with Masonic ritual.

Ye gods! You only had the quiz a week and you're asking for the answers. Why on earth do you do the quiz ? Also, the question setter has repeatedly asked that his questions are not asked on sites like this, so please abide by his request.
