my father signed a will while under a tremendous amount of pain medication for cancer...we have a letter from the benificiary(she doens't know we have this letter) of the will that stated that my dad did not want to change his excisting will and she confronted him in anger and he finally signed it. Could we conceivably fight this?
Get a lawyer. These things are fought out in court.
There is no way you are going to get anything close to good advice on a public internet site, other than people do contest wills... sometimes successfully. But, it all comes down to the personal details.
And then there is the possibility that you may say something on a public web site that could hurt your case. The best way to win a legal case is to keep your emotions in check so you can act logicaly.
So, get a lawyer-- say no more here, and good luck.
It will probably be a very expensive fight. Speaking from a financial point-of-view only, is your father's estate worth it?
@buildamystery,
