Hello all, maybe this wil help
any polish or european store, deli or market will have fresh yeast. I always use them to make apple pancakes (racuchy). Fresh yeasts are also great for your skin. You can mix yeast with milk or olive olile for dry and normal skin or water and some lemon juice(from fresh lemon) for oily or combination skin. Good luck.
