For normal people in most parts of America, not being able to drive after about age 17 is pretty close to a death sentence.

is 51 or 52 years old and looks age appropriate. She has a brilliant mind (Colombia University grad) and she's endured great tragedies in her life: losing
her father at an early age, her mother to cancer, and her only brother and sister-in-law in a plane crash. She has three children she raised successfully away from
the limelight of the press. She's written books and she always has been active
in politics behind the scenes.

All you can comment on is her looks - that tells more about you than about

i grew up in the country, but moved to the city after high school, never had a car or the use of one, so never got a license, didn't get one until i was almost 30 and had moved back to the country, still have never owned a car and i'm a pretty real person who's lived a real person's life, hell i'd probably get along just fine with bristol palin's baby daddy's momma

When I was in college, teaching the New Yorkers to drive was a sort of a common weekend activity, but I rarely hear about somebody who's stayed so close to New York all his life that he gets to be forty or older and STILL has never learned to drive.

for the most part the media didn't attack palin for what she looked like, most agreed that she was a good looking woman
