Well, I like to put raspberry jam on a sliced brie cheese sandwich.

@CalamityJane,
I was watching a show about sandwiches, and they were showing if you put any cheese with any jam/jelly/preserve, it works really well.

I tried it and it really does.

But that mess in the video, no way.

In Brazil there is a snack made of Goiabada (basically a solid guava jam) and a white cheese that they call "Romeo and Juliet" that is fantastic.

mmmm....I love guava, don't get it often though.

yeah the sweet and savory together is amazing.

Have to think on this, I like so many foods that in themselves are odd to other people, but I tend to put them together in relatively classic/routine ways.

I dunno, except by capitalizing on the old greasy salt followed by sugar followed by greasy salt routine so familiar to my snack eating past. Which is what the video was working on...

Uggh to that, but p. butter and jelly somewhat work with that.
