1. Construct a basis of R4 having
(2, 0, -6, 1), (0, 2, 3, 0)
as two of the vectors in the basis. (Hint: find two linearly independent vectors within the set of all vectors orthogonal to the given vectors)

Can anyone show me how to do this question?
