<raises hand> And please punch it hard, so it's still weak it when it hits me two weeks later. This 40 thing is depressing.

Buy a Glock 20 and feel half your age.

I can tell you, it took me weeks to recover.

But the 50th's subside very quickly...

No they don't. That's just the memory loss you're experiencing.

@Francis,
Do tell Francis, so we have something to look forward to Very Happy

Littlek, do something wild and crazy - to me it seems you're always traveling
with your safety net. When you're 40, you can let go....

Littlek, I believe Green Witch had the right idea when she suggested you get a young lover. And, it just so happens that my friend, Clyde Buckowski will be in Boston this weekend. I shall send him to your doorstep. Oh... and here's his photo, so you will recognize him...

@gustavratzenhofer,
A hairy chest, a tartan beret, and a gold chain - what more could a girl ask?

Laugh your head off on your b'day, littlek - and by the way, it just gets better from here on in.

Feel better knowing you will always be 3 months younger than me.

You know me, I'd plan a trip to Europe in the Spring (or the second that school is out). Though I didn't do that until I was 47, being a little slow. So I think of travelling as a treat. What is your idea of a great treat, K?

Apparently you did not notice Clyde's washboard stomach, Jane.

@gustavratzenhofer,
No, I did not, gustav. I always look for other attributes in a man.

@CalamityJane,
See the nose and the fine attention to detail in the makeup? Those are the attributes you look at, right?

There wasn't any trial as I recall.

There was a brief military trial. Execution was televised on Christmas Day. We all watched it. I would have preferred a ICTY type of a tribunal, but that so does not belong in this thread!

So....why not come see Dracula with your own two eyes? And stop in The Hague on the way? Eh?

Nah, a clown has always something to hide - besides, he would make the sheets all dirty.
