@Setanta,
I tend to stay off it. I'm a long time fast driver being more careful.
Some fraction of those venturing to drive slow on a freeway may not just be nuts, but have a reason and a need.

Just dumping from a superior place - good for you, Set, and others. Of course some folks on the freeway are testing limits.
Some may be trying to cross a city for good reason, in desperation.

Do you all assume your fellow drivers on the freeway are without psychological baggage?

Please, set, you running some person off the highway could be smart on occasion, but mostly, you'd be the threat to the rest of us.

@Setanta,
So, your son is dying two hours away via side streets, but you're not the worlds' best driver. You should then stay home.. off the freeway.

@ossobuco,
I dunno, if you are indeed a truly horrible driver, but given that one can aim the car, I'd probably try to get there.

@Setanta,
is it, entirely? Are you the policeperson?

I'm actually interested in the question, the pros and cons of it, re not being the optimal driver on the freeway on occasion.

I'm next to the Passific (well - a little bay of Sydney Harbour, which is off it!)

We also have a Passific Highway - the main highway north - and let me tell you - no-one who drives on it will remain a passifist for bloody long - absolute nightmare.

Used to grow passion fruit - but they passed on.

Good looking pic, Osso - great colours!

@Setanta,
See, that's why you need a club. The bigger the better, so you can you can swing it and do some damage while passing the s.o.b.

Are you a passifist, too?

Sure. I'm so passifistic I even stop at red traffic lights in Boston. I'm the only one who does -- but hey, somebody has to take the first step in those peacekeeping missions!
