Hospital...broke his nose big time....so ENT next week. I love that boy and I will never stop looking out for him but I have to admit 25 years of this and I'm weary.
Just nothing seems to help, does it. Best of luck, and you have my sympathy.

@Bi-Polar Bear,
I know what you mean my friend. My oldest has a medical issue that doctors have never really been able to get a handle on. He is now 21 and it just seems so tiring at times having to deal with it. But deal with it we all do because they are our children. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your son. Hope all went well at the hospital this morning.

@Bi-Polar Bear,
Oh, Bear, you've managed all of the trying times in Stephen's life. Your love for him will give you the strength to continue as his caring father. I hope there are more good times than bad.

@Bi-Polar Bear,
Aw, Bear. Poor guy, and you too. A major bummer, and I know, we know, how you've tried to get him help.

Kids are the hardest because, unless they are intentionally very bad, we never get to the point that we can detach. I hope knowing that friends are pulling for you helps.

We're going to the ENT today to see about getting his nose taken care of. It never ends. Then I need to get him to the dentist. Talked to his mom and informed her and of course she freaked out which is also wearisome. Thank God squinney is so steady.
