what if you did not file your income taxes from 1996 to 2004. what are the chances of still filing them and getting anything back?

i did not file my income taxes from 1996 to2004. what are the chances of still filing them and getting anything back?

Three years is the limit, at least for refunds. You may still be liable for any penalties for prior years, if any.
